According to Mehr News Agency, quoting Al Jazeera, Volodymyr Zelensky, the President of Ukraine, announced that the United States has fully resumed the warnings related to Russia's ballistic missile attacks.
Zelensky, also referring to the negotiation process to end the Ukraine and Russia war, said that all topics, with the exception of the land swap issue, can be discussed and examined in November at the level of technical groups.
It is worth noting that the trilateral talks of Russia, the United States and Ukraine will be held in Abu Dhabi in the first half of November.
