In an important part of his remarks, Khodadadi pointed to the need to reform the approach in recruitment processes and added: 'A very important point in recruiting student-teachers is moving beyond traditional and excessive strictness.
According to him: Excessive strictness in the past had caused many capable and talented people who had the ability to serve in cultural fields to be excluded from this cycle.
Avoiding Traditional Strictness and Unwarranted Leniency in Recruitment
He, while stressing the preservation of standards, said: 'Alongside removing traditional strictness, unwarranted leniency must also be avoided; because both (excessive strictness or unwarranted leniency) can reduce the quality of the recruited staff.
Our goal is to recruit the best and highest-quality staff for education, which, as the country's most important cultural institution, needs the most competent people.
