Mashhad - IRNA - The special governor of Neyshabur announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding for the construction and development of 10 educational and sports projects in greater Neyshabur with an estimated budget of 109 billion and 640 million tomans, with the participation of Abdolreza Vakili, a school-building philanthropist, the General Directorate of Education, and the General Directorate for Renovation, Development, and Equipping of Schools of the province.
