According to ILNA, quoting the Public Relations of the Social Security Organization, the 'Tamin Refah' plan has been launched from Mehr 1405 with the aim of strengthening purchasing power, facilitating the provision of livelihood needs and developing welfare services for retired workers and pensioners of the Social Security Organization, in cooperation with Bank Refah Kargaran (Workers' Welfare Bank). Under this plan, eligible retirees and pensioners can benefit from purchase credit equal to one month of their pension before the pension deposit date.
Under this plan, retired workers and pensioners of the Social Security Organization who receive their pension from Bank Refah Kargaran can, from the 20th day of each month, receive credit equal to their net monthly pension and make purchases in person or remotely from contracted stores and centers without waiting for the pension deposit.
One of the advantages of the 'Tamin Refah' plan is benefiting from incentive credit of up to five percent of the value of eligible purchases, which can be used for subsequent purchases. The possibility of using discounts, special store offers and installment purchase services are among the other advantages envisaged in this plan.
This plan has been implemented with the aim of increasing financial flexibility, strengthening the power of choice and helping retirees and pensioners better manage their living costs, so that this group can meet their daily and essential needs with greater ease through early access to purchase credit.
This set of facilities is provided with the aim of helping to preserve and strengthen purchasing power, increase the opportunity to choose goods and services, and provide more suitable conditions for planning the monthly purchases of retired workers and pensioners.
Another feature of the 'Tamin Refah' plan is the ease of access to services and the possibility of fully remote activation, so that applicants can benefit from the services of this plan without needing to visit the branches of the Social Security Organization or Bank Refah Kargaran.
Use of this plan is entirely optional and creates no change in the usual pension payment schedule. Also, the purchase credit considered does not mean an increase in the pension amount or payment of additional cash, but rather an opportunity for early purchase of needed goods and services. The amount of credit used is also settled when the monthly pension is deposited.
Applicant retirees and pensioners can, to activate and use the services of the 'Tamin Refah' plan, visit the 'Vibe' system. Registration and use of the services are also possible through the 'PeyVal' application and the 'Taminou' system.
For more information and guidance on how to activate and use the services of this plan, applicants can contact the Social Security Organization's call center at 1420, the Bank Refah Kargaran customer relations center at 021-8525, and the Vibe support center at 021-91009442.
