According to KhabarOnline, quoting the festival's news headquarters, based on the schedule of the fifth week of stage performances of the 20th International Resistance Theater Festival, the works of the 'Competition' and 'Guest' sections, with a focus on works related to the Second and Third Imposed Wars, are hosting performing-arts enthusiasts in various cities of the country.

The play 'Blood Will Rise', written and directed by Mohammadreza Tafreshi, will be staged from October 13 to October 29 at 6 p.m. at Tehran's Molavi Hall. (Competition – Iran)

The play 'The Last Wave', written and directed by Shahram Soltani, is on stage from October 15 to October 27 at 6:30 p.m. at the Black Box Hall of Arak City Theater. (Competition – Iran)

The play 'The First Meeting (Al-Maw'id al-Awwal)', written and directed by Seyed Mohammadali Mousavi, will be staged from October 17 to October 27 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ostad Heshmat Ghasemi Plato in Ahvaz. (Guest)

The play 'Standing Like a Mountain', written and directed by Bahareh Karami Chambetani, will be staged from October 17 to October 27 at 5 p.m. at the Tajrobeh Plato of Ghadir Hall in Kermanshah. (Guest – Iran)

The 20th International Resistance Theater Festival, with the slogan 'Iran, the Eternal Stage of Resistance', under the secretaryship of Mohammad Kazemtabar and organised by the Theater Association of the Islamic Revolution and Sacred Defense of the Ravayat-e Fath Cultural Foundation, began in the second half of 2025 and will continue until the autumn of 2026 across the country.
