According to Mehr News Agency, citing Al-Manar, Donald Trump, the President of the United States, cast his early vote in his country's midterm elections at a polling center in the state of Florida.
After casting his vote, in response to reporters, he claimed that the issue of corruption is the main subject of voters' attention and that this phenomenon has spread in regions and cities under Democratic control.
From inside the polling center in West Palm Beach, near his residence at Mar-a-Lago, Trump said: You have to pay attention to the real corruption — the Democrats' corruption!
He also claimed the existence of unlicensed ballots in Los Angeles, whose majority is made up of Democrats.
While only 10 days remain until the U.S. midterm elections, Donald Trump is facing declining popularity in the polls. The polls show that he may lose control of the House of Representatives and perhaps even the Senate.
If he loses the majority in Congress, the 80-year-old U.S. president will face many constraints in advancing his legislative agenda in the final two years of his presidency and will not have much room to maneuver.
