Stating that Khorasan Razavi has the highest presence after Tehran in the International Short Film Festival, the head of the Mashhad Youth Cinema Society said: This year is the first year that two films from Mashhad are present in the main competitive section of the festival; in the past 15 years, there has been no precedent for 15 works from the province to be present at the Tehran Short Film Festival.
