According to ILNA, the text of the decree of Mehdi Jamali-Nejad, Governor of Isfahan, is as follows:
"Mr. Yaser Ahmadi / Greetings
In view of the formation of the Policy Council of the Cinema and Tourism Festival (CINETOUR) and the planning of the first edition of this event to be hosted by Isfahan, and in view of your membership in the International CineTour Committee and your extensive background and experience in this field, I hereby appoint you as Secretary of the Vista Festival. It is hoped that, trusting in God's boundless grace and through your diligence and effort, the worthy holding of this event will inscribe another golden page in the history of Iranian cinema festivals. "
Yaser Ahmadi holds a bachelor's degree in cinema and is a director, producer and CEO of the Simorgh Tara Cinematic Institute.
Among his works, mention can be made of the feature fiction films 'Sar-Aalish' and 'Goodbye Cinema' and short works such as 'Jabbareh: The Truth of a Media, the Death of a Nightmare', 'As Long as There Are Anemones, Life Must Be Lived', 'Make a Wish', 'Beyond the Border', 'Single Clause' and more.
Ahmadi is also a member of the World Cinema and Tourism Organization CineTour (based in Rome), the main representative of the Iran International CineTour Committee, and vice-president of the UNESCO International Art Action Organization in Iran (based in Greece).
He has served as a juror and member of juries at international festivals, including membership in the jury of the Finistra Film Festival in Portugal, chairing the jury of the Alexandria Film Festival in Egypt, membership in the jury of the Dakhliya Festival in Oman, membership in the jury of the Africa International Tourism Film Festival, and more.
The first International Vista Cinema and Tourism Festival will be held in Isfahan in Ordibehesht next year (April-May 2027).
