According to KhabarOnline, exclusive images show Saudi Arabia's secret underground military facilities, whose various sections are connected to one another through a network of tunnels. The facility is located at the Marra camp in Shabwah province.

According to ISNA, based on information published by Al-Masirah, the newly built Saudi base at the Marra camp is located between the two districts of Ataq and Nisab in Shabwah province. The network noted that the Marra camp is one of the most important centers for managing Saudi forces and military gatherings in Shabwah province and parts of Marib province. The exclusive images show Saudi officers and soldiers holding a ceremony on what they call "Saudi National Day" inside this underground base.

According to the network's report, the participants in this ceremony consisted almost entirely of Saudi officers and soldiers, and a limited number of local forces aligned with Saudi Arabia were also present. The ceremony images reveal the identities of a number of Saudi commanders and senior officers responsible for running this advanced military base in Shabwah province.

According to Al-Masirah, Staff Brigadier General Musleh al-Otaibi stands at the head of the base's officers and serves as the base commander and Saudi military governor in Shabwah province. Saudi Colonel Sultan al-Jash is seen alongside the base commander and holds the post of his deputy.

According to Al-Masirah, the published images show the presence inside the base of Saudi army staff officers responsible for planning, operations, intelligence, support and communications. The command and staff officers stationed at the Marra base represent Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Defense and are in charge of managing military and operational missions. It also reported the presence at the ceremony of a man named Fawzi al-Saadi; a man whom, according to the network, the Saudi side that employs him introduces as the commander of the Shabwah Defense Forces. Fawzi al-Saadi's presence alongside the Saudi military governor in Shabwah reveals the nature of the relationship between the Saudi base command and the local forces affiliated with it.

Al-Masirah, citing exclusive information, announced that the number of Saudi forces stationed at the Marra camp reaches about 150 officers and soldiers. According to the network, Saudi forces in Shabwah province are subordinate to a joint command and operations system in the Saudi city of Sharurah.

Al-Masirah added that the joint operations system in Sharurah is linked to a new command structure at Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Defense in Riyadh, which an officer named Fahd al-Salman leads. The Saudi Marra camp also covers more than 4 square kilometres and includes numerous military facilities and equipment.

The network also announced that the Marra camp is used as a center for training forces affiliated with Saudi Arabia in several military fields and specializations. This advanced base includes military barracks, logistical facilities and aircraft hangars.

Al-Masirah, citing information it described as exclusive intelligence and security information, announced that the Marra base is the main depot for surveillance systems, electronic jamming and reconnaissance aircraft.

The network noted that over the past year Saudi Arabia has built fortified depots for storing various kinds of weapons inside this military base in Shabwah province. As part of the base's expansion, Riyadh has also built other military facilities and an aircraft landing strip near the Marra camp. The expansion of the Marra camp shows that this site has become a complete, multi-purpose Saudi military base in Shabwah province.

The network announced that the exclusive information and images obtained show the existence of a Saudi command-and-control network that connects the country's advanced base in Shabwah province to operations centers inside Saudi territory.

This advanced operational base in Shabwah is one of several Saudi military bases in areas that the network calls areas under Saudi occupation, including parts of Marib province, Aden and other provinces of Yemen.
