According to "Varzesh3", exciting news has circulated this weekend in European football. Gilberto Mora, who has now reached legal age, has attracted the attention of another club, and that is Paris Saint-Germain. The French club intends to count on the young Tijuana star to fill the empty place of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia who is away from the fields due to injury.

Based on information from Ekrem Konur, a journalist specializing in transfers, the wealthy French club, after confirmation of Kvaratskhelia's ACL tear, intends to strengthen its attack line, and Gilberto Mora is one of PSG's options to create more choices for Luis Enrique.

The journalist also points out that the Parisian club intends to act in this very winter transfer window to sign the Mexican player, since the European club's goal is to have this player at its disposal as quickly as possible.

Undoubtedly, expectations of Mora are very high, and after he reached the age of 18 and played for Mexico's national team at the 2026 World Cup, the necessity of his transfer to European football is felt more than ever. In addition, Lionel Messi, together with a sports brand, has introduced the Chiapas-born player as one of the world's top 10 most promising footballers.

This alleged interest from PSG is added to his list of suitors; earlier there was talk of Liverpool's interest, and even an offer of around $50 million was raised for the Tijuana club, which was rejected in a reaction by Rafaela Pimenta, the player's international agent; although she has not yet spoken of a definite agreement.

While rumors, figures, and possible options are raised around this player, Mora and the Tijuana club are these days grappling with the player's physical problems; an injury that has not allowed this young player to have more rhythm and activity in the team's lineup.

He has currently returned to training and is expected to play in the final weeks of the 2026 Apertura competition for the team led by Sebastián Abreu; although reaching the playoff stage seems difficult for the Aztec Dogs.
