According to KhabarOnline News Agency, it was on August 3 that the presidium of the Islamic Consultative Assembly announced the receipt of the Cyberspace Organization Plan plan. A plan whose title speaks of its probable content. "Probable" in the sense that the content and provisions of the Cyberspace Organization Plan have not yet been officially published, but some unofficial sources have published a 12-article plan under the title Cyberspace Organization Plan, which, if what has been published corresponds to reality, shows that the said plan does not differ much in nature from the Protection Plan, which has remained shelved since the Eleventh Majlis.
As reported by Jamaran, in this regard, with the aim of assessing whether the Cyberspace Organization Plan is a plan separate from the Protection Plan or whether only its provisions have been updated, it spoke with a number of members of the joint commission examining the Cyberspace Organization Plan; in these conversations, the representatives refrained from announcing the details of the said plan, and finally Rouhollah Abbaspour, the spokesperson of this commission, said: "It has been decided that the details of the Cyberspace Organization Plan will not be publicized for now." Of course, another member of the joint commission examining the Cyberspace Organization Plan told Jamaran's reporter: "The content and provisions of the Cyberspace Organization Plan being examined in the joint commission differ from what has been published."
