President stresses improving education, public health and energy-consumption management

Tehran — IRNA — The President, emphasizing the need to raise public culture, strengthen empathy and institutionalize saving, called people's health the government's top priority and asked all executive bodies to cooperate in carrying out health-screening programs for employees and optimal management of energy consumption.
