Barack Obama, the former President of the United States, criticized the war against Iran and described the Strait of Hormuz as the cause of soaring prices for everything in his country.
According to Entekhab, Barack Obama said regarding Iran: Trump decided to start an unnecessary war; a war that no one wanted and no one had voted for. The initial argument was that we wanted to step in and force Iran to abandon its nuclear program and nuclear weapons.
He added: But the issue was that Iran had no nuclear weapons; because I had implemented an agreement that everyone acknowledged prevented Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons, and I didn't even need to fire a single missile to do this; the only thing I had to do was enter the path of diplomacy.
The former US President stated: "Remember, they said: 'Oh, this is the best war in history! Everything is going great.' Well, now that seven months have passed, how is this war going?"
Obama emphasized: Our allies and our bases have been attacked. Americans have been killed. Hundreds of Americans have been wounded. We have also largely consumed our missile stockpiles.
He said: Iran now holds a veto power over the Strait of Hormuz, through which oil is transported to the global market. This is the reason for the increase in oil prices. No one disagrees on this. This is the reason for the increase in diesel prices. This is the reason for the increase in the price of almost everything.
