According to "Varzesh3", in the continuation of the Week 10 fixtures of the Dutch Eredivisie, the football team Excelsior that has Alireza Jahanbakhsh in its squad list, faces sixth-placed Sittard today at 14:45 at the Fortuna Sittard Stadium.
Alireza Jahanbakhsh, who in the past eight weeks of the Dutch Eredivisie has not had the chance to be in Excelsior's lineup and has been used 6 times as a substitute, is on his team's bench again today in the clash with Sittard.
The Iranian winger of Excelsior, who in recent years during his spells at Nijmegen and Feyenoord has experienced scoring against Sittard, hopes to do so again today after coming on as a substitute and score his first goal of the current season.
Excelsior, despite the successful start it had to the 2026-27 season when it even topped the table, has dropped to twelfth place in the Dutch Eredivisie table with two draws and three defeats in the past five weeks and has 11 points.
