This event is held from October 23 to 31, 2026 at the Belgrade International Fair venue.

In this edition of the Belgrade International Book Fair, Tunisia is present as the special guest, introducing its literary heritage, cultural diversity and literary capacities.

At this fair, the book "Persian Tales" in the Serbian language will be introduced at the Islamic Republic of Iran's pavilion, with the aim of familiarizing Serbian audiences with the stories and literary heritage of Iran. Also, the new issue of the magazine "Noor" will be unveiled in line with introducing Iran's cultural and literary content to the audiences of this country. These programs, alongside the presence in the exhibition space, emphasize the importance of introducing Iranian works in the form of translation and international publication and of using the capacity of book events to expand cultural diplomacy.

Holding literary sessions, conversations with authors, introducing and unveiling new works, and special programs for children's and young adult literature are among the programs arranged for this edition of the fair. Also, introducing the literature of participating countries and expanding the connection among publishers, translators and audiences are other axes of this event.

This fair, with a history of several decades, provides an opportunity to introduce new works, exchange experience among publishing industry activists, and develop international cooperation. Topics such as translation rights, publishing developments and the role of literature in communication among cultures have also received attention at this event.
