Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, the Speaker of Parliament, said in his pre-agenda speech:

On the threshold of the cold season, the issue of preventing energy imbalance and national action for saving gas consumption must be managed. Wastefulness and inefficient energy consumption have manifested as a structural challenge for years, and the compassionate demand of the late Leader of the Revolution has always been the conservation of the country's vital resources.

The Islamic Consultative Assembly, in the Seventh Development Plan Law, has provided a precise and progressive legal mechanism for saving certificates, and today nearly 100 private companies have entered the field. Simply put, anyone who saves any amount of gas will promptly receive the income generated from this savings in their bank account so that the impact of the savings on household economies is tangible for everyone.

Our demand from the government, the Ministry of Petroleum, and the National Iranian Gas Company is to expedite the issuance of conditional certificates prior to the realization of savings by supporting investors.
