With the approval of Esteghlal Club's board of directors, Dr Mostafa Motadayyen, relying on his managerial experience at macro economic and industrial levels and benefiting from specialist knowledge in the field of business management, has been appointed as the new CEO of Esteghlal Cultural and Sports Club.

Mostafa Motadayyen, by official decree and following the decision and approval of the members of the board of directors, took on the responsibility of Esteghlal's CEO, so that at an important juncture in the path of development and expansion of this club's activities, he would take charge of the executive and managerial affairs of this organisation.

Esteghlal's new CEO is regarded as one of the experienced managers of the economic, industrial and petrochemical sectors. Motadayyen, who holds a doctorate in business with an oil and gas specialisation, has since 1402 (2023) been in charge of the management of the Petrochemical Industries Development Management Company, and has gained his managerial and executive experience in one of the country's strategic industrial sectors.
