The CNN network, in a report, pointed to Trump's anger at Ukraine over the continuation of attacks against Russia's oil refineries.
According to Mehr News Agency, citing CNN, Ukraine's successive attacks on Russia's oil refineries have provoked the anger of Donald Trump, the President of the United States, as he had earlier asked Kyiv to end these attacks so that perhaps global fuel prices would fall.
Jan Lu, one of the officials of the New Eurasia Strategy Center, said that Ukraine's efforts to continue the attacks against these refineries amount to a direct confrontation with Trump. It is as if you put a red cloth in front of a bull.
He said: The U.S. government still has the tools to exert pressure on Ukraine at its disposal and can exert influence in the fields of economy, politics and the military. Kyiv is largely dependent on U.S. technological and intelligence support.
The Wall Street Journal had also earlier reported that relations between Trump and Zelensky have reached their lowest level.
