Ali Jannati: Military Commanders Have Probably Readied a New Ballistic Missile That Can Also Hit Moving Targets at Sea

According to KhabarOnline news agency, Ali Jannati, former Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, in part of his interview with KhabarOnline news agency, speaking about Iran's response to a possible US attack on Iran, said: What we hear these days in the remarks of the country's officials and military commanders is that Iran possesses new weapons that it has not used so far, and if an attack by the Americans takes place, it will use these weapons.

He continued: My personal reading of the military commanders' remarks is that they have probably readied a new ballistic missile that can hit not only fixed targets but also moving targets at sea. This type of missile has been tested and is said to have been successful.

Jannati, stating that if an act of adventurism by the US takes shape against Kuh-e Kolang, Iran's response will probably be an attack on aircraft carriers and other American warships in the region, said: The warships, which are currently stationed at a great distance, if targeted, will be forced to leave the region and move up to 500 kilometers away from Iranian soil.

He added: US bases and the gathering places of American forces in the region will also probably be hit. Ultimately, Iran will not let a US attack pass without a response and will certainly give a heavy response to America's adventurism.
