According to Varzesh3, Sasan Ansari after the 1-0 victory of Foolad against Persepolis in week 10 of the Premier League stated: It was a heavy match. A match against Persepolis in Tehran certainly cannot be an easy match, but from the beginning of the week, when we started our training in Ahvaz, we spoke with each other and had promised each other that we would come to Tehran solely and exclusively for the three points. We carried out, to the letter, the tactics the coaching staff had chosen for us. In a match against Persepolis in Tehran, you cannot have possession all the time, and you must play in a way that hurts this team. We made the best use of it and took the three points.
He said, about the presence of experienced and young players at Foolad: When a team is a blend of very good experienced players and very good young players, success will certainly come about. We have young players who are very obedient and polite and who want to progress, and within them there is the will to want. Alongside them are experienced players who help them, and the coaching staff likewise. In the senior squad list we have only 15 players, who are 15 experienced, high-level players, and alongside them we have very good young players. This blend helps us a great deal, but nothing special has happened yet.
Ansari continued: This match, like all matches, had three points, and we must concentrate on the next match. In five days we have a heavy match, and we must concentrate on that match so that, God willing, we take the three points in our own home.
The experienced Foolad player said, about Vahid Amiri scoring in this match: All the lads in the team were excellent, and Vahid also received the reward for his labors and effort, and we are all happy for him that he scored this goal.
He said in the end, about Foolad scoring again in the final minutes: This started in our team from last year. Given the spirit of Mr. Motahari and the players, our team does not give up trying until the very last minute, and this has helped us greatly to stay focused until the last minute and to score many goals in those minutes.
