According to "Varzesh 3", the Tractor caravan departed Tabriz for Dubai this morning on a direct Meraj Airlines flight to prepare for their third match in the AFC Champions League Elite. Players and coaching staff posed for a commemorative photo in front of the aircraft before departure, but one of the red-clad side's prominent figures was missing from the group frame.
Alireza Beiranvand, who had previously announced October 23 as the start of his mandatory military service, did not accompany his teammates on this trip. After bidding farewell to the players, the Tractor goalkeeper must now follow a different path and is scheduled to appear in Shiraz on Monday, October 26, to complete administrative service procedures and report to the Fajr Sepasi club.

Beiranvand's final appearance in Tractor's lineup before this departure also did not end happily. In the fifth minute of the match against Sanat Naft, he suffered an injury while making a pass and was replaced by Parsa Jafari. Medical examinations and MRI results revealed a grade-two tear in his calf muscle, meaning the start of his military service will coincide with ongoing medical treatment.
Now, in the absence of Beiranvand, Parsa Jafari will be Javad Nekounam's primary option to guard Tractor's goal against Al Ain. The goalkeeper, who has previously found playing time in this season's Asian matches, will shoulder greater responsibility within the red-clad squad amid Beiranvand's absence.
Tractor will be the guest of Al Ain on Monday, October 26, starting at 19:30.
