According to "Varzesh 3", Mohammad Karimi, who was away from football for about a year following a severe injury, renewed his contract with Sepahan this season and is back on track toward regaining peak form.

The Yellows' captain had been participating in team training sessions since the start of the season, but got the opportunity to return to the pitch following the FIFA break. He has appeared in three matches for Sepahan so far, accumulating a total of 12 minutes on the field—minutes that could mark the start of his gradual return to match fitness.

Moharram Navidkia is also trying to manage Karimi's playing time, creating conditions that allow the player to approach his former readiness without unnecessary risk and gradually secure more minutes in Sepahan's lineup. Naturally, returning to ideal condition after a long absence from football requires time.

At the same time, Karimi is one of the most popular players among Sepahan fans. In the home match against Fajr Sepasi, which ended in a resounding 6-0 victory for the Yellows, he received a warm welcome and passionate applause from the stands—a gesture showing just how delighted the fans are with their captain's return.

Today, during Sepahan's final training session ahead of tomorrow's match against Mes Shahr-e Babak, Karimi trained with motivation alongside the other players. He hopes to get more playing time in the upcoming match and take another step closer to a full comeback, although reaching optimal fitness still requires time and a gradual recovery process.
