According to the sports desk of IRIB News Agency, the football teams of Nassaji Mazandaran and Fajr Sepasi Shiraz faced each other at Shahid Vatani Stadium in Qaemshahr in week ten of the football Premier League, and in the end this match ended in a 2-2 draw. Amir Ghalenoei, the national team head coach, watched this match from up close.
In the 11th minute of the game, the Fajr team, after one or two attacks, managed to reach the first goal with a shot from behind the penalty area. A goal that, after striking Alireza Jafarpour, entered Nassaji's goal so that Fajr went ahead of its host with Jafarpour's own goal.
After receiving the goal, Nassaji organised attacks on Fajr's goal, but did not succeed in scoring. In the 42nd minute, Fajr Sepasi once again created a serious position on Nassaji's goal, and Moradi's movement across the Nassaji penalty area and his cross pass in front of the goal led, by Sharifi, to Fajr's second goal. But moments before the ball reached the Nassaji penalty area, the movement of the Fajr Sepasi defender on the Nassaji attacker in the Fajr penalty area, which had in continuation reached the Shirazis' goalscoring position, came to the attention of the video assistant referee.
The contact of the Fajr player with the Nassaji attacker inside the penalty area in the scene leading to the goal was reviewed, and in the end, with the referee's decision, not only was the goal declared disallowed, but the foul that had occurred in the scene before the goal was also declared a penalty for Nassaji. Hooman Rabizadeh also converted this penalty into a goal in the second minute of stoppage time so that the game was drawn level.
In the final minutes of the first half too, in another video review, the match referee changed the yellow card he had shown to Mehdi Sharifi, the Fajr player, into a red card, so that Fajr entered the pitch with 10 men in the second half.
In the 61st minute, on one of Nassaji's attacks, Javad Aghaeipour scored the second goal with his spectacular header from Abolfazl Kouhi's cross and went ahead of his guest.
After this goal, Nassaji also had at least 2 serious goalscoring positions to make the win in this match certain, positions that were not converted into goals.
In the 88th minute of the game, the Fajr Sepasi players slowly moved towards Nassaji's goal and, after a few precise passes behind the penalty area, Ehsan Pahlavan, with a through pass, placed Meysam Moradi in a one-on-one position with Alireza Jafarpour, whose strike, with Jafarpour's incomplete save and mistake, was converted into the Shirazis' equalising goal.
With this draw, Nassaji reached 11 points and was placed eleventh, and Fajr Sepasi also raised its points total, in eighth place, to the number 14.
