According to "Varzesh 3", the publication of the minutes of the Annual General Assembly of Persepolis Company shed light on the details of the postponement of this session. The assembly, which had been scheduled for 10:00 AM on Thursday, October 22, to review the financial year performance ending June 21, 2026, failed to reach the legal quorum of shares present and could not proceed with its agenda.
According to the minutes, despite the presence of a number of shareholders, the total shares represented by those in attendance did not reach the required quorum. For this reason, and citing commercial law and the company's statutes, the meeting was not officially convened, and decision-making regarding the assembly's topics was postponed to the next session.

The significance of this postponement relates to the agenda of the Persepolis assembly. Hearing the reports of the board of directors and the statutory auditor, reviewing and approving financial statements, and electing board members were among the topics anticipated for this session. The selection of the auditor and statutory auditor for the upcoming financial year, determining the mass-circulation newspaper, and deciding on attendance fees and bonuses for the board of directors were also on the agenda.
Now the club must prepare the prerequisites for reinviting the shareholders. According to the published minutes, it has been decided that necessary measures for holding the assembly within the legal deadline will be taken and the invitation notice will be published in the company's mass-circulation newspapers. In this document, no specific date has been announced for the next session, and the timing of the second-round assembly must be specified in a new call.
