According to "Varzesh3", following the publication of claims about Ahmad Donyamali's conviction, the Ministry of Sport, while explicitly rejecting the published material, has emphasized that the claim of the Minister of Sport and Youth's conviction is fundamentally false and without validity.

The Ministry of Sport stated in its statement:

"Contrary to the material raised, in the case in question there has been no conviction whatsoever for Dr. Donyamali, and the ruling acquitting him of the attributed charge was also issued at the same time.

Also, all the legal documents and evidence relating to the issuance of the acquittal ruling for the Minister of Sport and Youth are in the possession of the judicial authorities and the ministry's legal department, and the published claims clearly contradict the contents of these documents.

The Ministry of Sport and Youth emphasizes that publishing untrue material and attributing a judicial conviction, contrary to the existing documents, is an unacceptable act, and the individuals who, by knowingly raising or publishing these false claims, have caused public anxiety and damage to persons' reputations, will be pursued through judicial and legal authorities."
