Infectious Disease Specialist: Unlike Recent Years, Influenza Strain B Becomes Dominant

Stating that this year's dominant influenza strain, unlike in past years, has been reported as type B, an infectious disease specialist said: "Simultaneously, cases of COVID-19 and influenza have increased compared to the past one to two years, although severe cases of COVID-19 have not been accompanied by high mortality rates."
