According to "Varzesh3", after the draw of Nassaji against Fajr Sepasi in the tenth week of the Premier League, Saeed Daghighi the Nassaji head coach, said at the press conference: "In both home games in which I have been the team's head coach, we conceded bad goals in the opening minutes, and instead of using the stadium atmosphere and the fans' energy to get on top of the game and score, unfortunately we conceded goals through unintentional mistakes. We tried, with the changes we made in the 20th minute, to take hold of the game. That happened. After the penalty we might have conceded a second goal, but God's grace included us and we came back into the game. At half-time we made two changes and took hold of the game, and after the Fajr player's sending-off we reached the goal. Until the moment Fajr scored, I don't think they had even come onto our pitch."

He continued about the match conditions:

"Unfortunately our players took the game lightly. In some scenes, with one pass for the next man, the chance of a third goal could have been created. I think conceding the second goal aged me a few years. The opponent had nothing to say in the second half, and we had chances and wanted to manage the game so that, with three points, we would get ready for the Persepolis game."

Daghighi went on to stress:

"I apologize to the fans. Football has its own special beauty. I saw one of the most exciting games of the last few seasons of my coaching. God willing, it will become an experience for us and we will learn lessons from the mistakes of this game for the rest of the way."

Responding to the idea that Nasiri had been looking to keep himself fit for the Persepolis game, he answered:

"Ali Nasiri was one of our best players in the second half, and even Mr. Ghalenoei liked the quality of his game. Don't look at it as though he didn't want to lose the Persepolis game. Nassaji is a big club, and every player who wears its shirt has a great responsibility. We have people for whom it is years of presence in this team, like Rezazadeh and Nasiri and so on. They must reach the necessary understanding and multiply their energy and zeal several times over. Football has its own special moments and they must learn their lessons. Last week we drew against the Foolad that beat Persepolis today. We had to beat Zob Ahan, and today you saw how it turned out. The first fault I took from the players was that I said some deeds are God's rod. Football is not about belittling the opponent. Sometimes, instead of dribbling, you must give the assist."

The Nassaji head coach then said about the individual performance of some players:

"The fans were enjoying the game. It is impossible for players not to be under my management — not here; in any other team I have been at, it was the same. I substituted in the 25th minute, and I substituted in the 45th minute too. I believe in my principles, whatever price it costs me. The players must not take things lightly. And if a player who dribbles, his aim is to help the team. God willing, we will become better from the next game."

He said about the change of the Persepolis game time:

"I thank the fans, but I have said before that they must be beside us more and more strongly, so that when a player comes out for the warm-up he understands the energy of Shahid Vatani Stadium, and the opposing team is also put in a position where it better understands where it is going to play. If the game is held on Friday, it is more ideal for the fans' attendance than Saturday, the first working day of the week. If the league organization has its specific reasons, we respect them."

Daghighi continued in this regard:

"We have a game against the good Persepolis team. It has good personnel and is the most star-studded team in Iran. It lost this week and next week it comes to make up for this very loss, but we too must make up for what has passed. Our results are not sinusoidal; we are on a straight line and must reach the maximum point."

The Nassaji head coach, reacting to Jafarpour's individual mistake on Fajr's first goal, said:

"Unfortunately, Mr. Jafarpour had mistakes of this kind both in the Zob Ahan game and today. Although I remember many games, like the Kheybar and Esteghlal Khuzestan games, where he helped the team a lot. He is young and we must help him get back to ideal conditions. We will also give the second goalkeeper a chance to show his ability."
