According to "Varzesh 3", following the necessary coordination for Tractor's direct travel to the UAE, Hamed Momeni, the acting general secretary of the Football Federation, sent a letter to the country's football federation thanking UAE officials for their cooperation in issuing the landing permit for the Iranian representative's charter flight.

In this letter, Momeni referred to his meeting with UAE football federation officials on the sidelines of the AFC Extraordinary Congress in Tokyo, Japan, and while expressing satisfaction with the meeting, appreciated the Emirati side's assistance in facilitating coordination for the landing of the aircraft carrying the Tractor delegation.

The issue of the Tractor flight landing permit had previously been raised in discussions between the two federations. According to the Iranian Football Federation, Momeni had discussed this matter with the Secretary General of the UAE Federation on the sidelines of the Asian meetings in Japan, and the other side had promised to follow up. Official letters from the Tractor club had also been sent to the relevant authorities to go through administrative procedures.

Finally, the Tractor delegation departed from Tabriz to the UAE this morning, Sunday, October 26, on a special Meraj Airlines flight to prepare for their match against Al Ain. Javad Nekounam's side will face the UAE representative on Monday, October 27, at 19:30 in their third match in the AFC Champions League Elite.
