According to "Varzesh 3", Houshang Nasirzadeh, who attended the Disciplinary Committee meetings as the legal counsel for the Tractor club, had stated in a phone call to Varzesh TV that a former Persepolis figure currently at Malavan might be aware of certain activities.
This issue drew a reaction from Malavan head coach Maziar Zare, who announced that Nasirzadeh was referring to him. However, Nasirzadeh clarified the matter, saying: "We did not mean Mr. Maziar Zare at all. Furthermore, during the spectators' insults, he tried to calm them down. However, during the disciplinary hearing, one of the gentlemen raised certain suspicions, which we simply brought up without accusing anyone, and essentially we were not referring to his specific identity."
Nasirzadeh added: "Evidence shows that Malavan club officials played no role in the widespread insults carried out by the spectators, and the Tractor club has never accused Malavan's players, coaching staff, or management. However, the harmony and coordination present in the organized insults at the stadium that day—which so rattled a major team that they refused to play—raise the suspicion of behind-the-scenes management, which in our view has nothing to do with the Malavan club itself, though the advantage gained by the hosts cannot be overlooked."
