According to "Varzesh3", Esteghlal Khuzestan , after about a year and a half away from Ghadir Stadium in Ahvaz, took to the field at home again today — a return that, after months of absence and overcoming various problems to prepare the stadium, holds special importance for this club and its fans. Khuzestan's Blues hosted Shams Azar Qazvin this week and hope that from now on they can hold their home matches at Ghadir Stadium and take to the field again alongside the warm-hearted Khuzestan spectators.

Before this match, Behnam Abolghasempour, Esteghlal Khuzestan's CEO, in conversation with a Varzesh3 reporter, expressed his happiness at the team's return to its dedicated stadium and, while thanking the officials who helped prepare Ghadir, explained the stadium's current condition and the remaining shortcomings. He stressed that the bulk of the problems have been resolved and that the remaining items will also be followed up in the coming days.

Abolghasempour said in this regard: "I am very happy that after a year and a half we were able to play in our own stadium. During this time we endured a lot of hardship, and I thank the governor, the minister and all the officials who helped me so that this stadium would be ready. I hope we can be good hosts for the good people of Khuzestan and the warm-hearted spectators of this province, and that these conditions continue."

Esteghlal Khuzestan's CEO also said about the condition of Ghadir Stadium and the existing shortcomings: "There are a number of shortcomings, but they are minor and, God willing, will be resolved in the coming days. The main problems have been fixed, and now we must improve the stadium's conditions and strengthen its facilities. The League Organization has also given us the necessary approval, and we hope we can be good hosts."

Asked what problems still remain at the stadium, he explained: "At the moment, the matter of the benches remains, and we need to strengthen a few other things, but there is no other particular problem."
