According to ILNA's reporter in Qazvin, Abolfazl Khamseh said this afternoon in a meeting with Hassan Nasiri, the CEO of the province's Regional Water Joint-Stock Company, while emphasizing the importance of water resources management: Water is the source of prosperity, and one cannot manage the supply, production and consumption of this vital resource with a superficial outlook; therefore, effective and scientific solutions for protecting water resources must be offered through a precise recognition of the existing damages and challenges.

Regarding the manner of allocating credits, he added: In the past, credits were allocated continuously without any need for effort and follow-up, but today the conditions have changed, and this shows the formation of a new order in the management of the country's public affairs.

The Judicial Inspector General of Qazvin Province stated: Under current conditions, government credits are no longer allocated in a centralized manner; rather, they are distributed among various sectors. Therefore, one must act with awareness, knowledge and continuous follow-up to attract and optimally use financial resources.

Pointing to the importance of demanding and follow-up in achieving goals, Khamseh added: Demanding and follow-up can work miracles. Water is needed for drinking and production, and if we have no production, we will practically have nothing else; therefore, water resources management must be pursued with a comprehensive and systematic outlook, and the issues of this field must be examined with a precise understanding of environmental conditions and by finding appropriate solutions.

Emphasizing the need to review the process of handling water resources cases, he stated: New outlooks and ideas must take shape in the field of the commission for handling cases and verdicts that have been issued but not yet implemented, and a more precise refinement and review must be carried out in this area so that the existing obstacles are identified and steps are taken to remove them.

The Inspector General of Qazvin, referring to the damages caused by unauthorized withdrawals from the province's water resources, said: The issue of unauthorized wells is not limited to the damage inflicted on water resources; extracting water also requires electricity consumption, and these two issues are directly and interconnectedly related to the duties of the Ministry of Energy.

Emphasizing the need to use modern methods in protecting water resources, Khamseh stated: Using traditional methods, the desired results cannot be achieved, and it is necessary that a new discourse and approach in the field of protecting and safeguarding water resources should move toward new, smart methods based on modern technologies, including artificial intelligence, and on using the capacity of the province's elites and specialists.
